Wanting to return an item bought in the store?
Please note - the following returns policy is for items bought direct from Let’s Book Florida. If your item/s were bought from one of our vendors, please see Third-party vendor returns which is further down the page. If you are unsure, check your email or look up the item in the store.
Let’s Book Florida Returns
We hope that you love your order, but we understand that doesn’t always happen. So, we made it easy for you to make a return.
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item/s to request a return.
Please remember:
The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request, if your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address.
If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@letsbookflorida.co.uk.
Issues with your order
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item/s are being posted into the European Union (outside of the UK), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.

Bright and Belle – Returns accepted following the above Let’s Book Florida returns policy. Returns not accepted on downloadable items.
